
Welcome to the Peachland Real Estate Review for 2024. The market is one for the record books. It was a very poor year for sales in Peachland, so much, the worst in over 30 years. The sales from 2024 as compared to 2023 was down 22.33% as they were 87 transactions. We certainly hit rock bottom, but should seen a much improved market next year. Review our market outlook for 2025 at the end of this report. This report is for general information only, and while accurate from actual numbers from the MLS system, it should not be used for home evaluation. Many factors including lot size, lakeview, parking, modern design etc. determine value. Contact your local real estate agent for a evaluation report. These number have to be taken with a notation as the Average Price in 2023 was $808,004 and $355.46 per square foot. with average size of 2403 square foot. Therefore homes sold for higher but less square footage. More homes sold below 1 million at the expense of the homes listed over 1 million. We estimate homes went up by 5% from 700k- 1 million this last year. but down 11% from 2022. With so few sales, and newer/lakeview homes factor into the equation. In 2022 the square foot cost was $432.68. Very few buyers, so the ones that did purchased more modern upscale dwelling, resulting in the higher per square foot number. Less desirable properties remained on the market.
